Ok, well, this questionnaire is mainly about the Right To Manage (RTM) under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
RTM is only available for individual blocks of flats. So if all the buildings you want to manage are separate blocks of flats, then you, or rather, you and those who own flats in the other blocks, might be able to exercise RTM in relation to each building individually, with each building having its own RTM company containing just leaseholders from that specific building, so you should go back and use this questionnaire and answer the questions from the point of view of a single building.
In the past, the courts interpreted the law in a way which allowed groups of buildings to be managed together using the Right To Manage. This is no longer the case.
There are some other potential mechanisms for managing more than one block of flats in the same structure, such as a Residents’ Management Company or a commonhold association. You’ll have to do your own research on those.
